The base starts with grass-fed tallow — one of the most skin-compatible moisturizers in existence, with a fatty acid profile that closely mirrors a baby's own natural oils. Lanolin adds deep emollient softness, and beeswax gives the formula structure and staying power through every diaper change, bath, and everything in between.

Non-nano zinc oxide provides safe, physical barrier protection — the same mineral trusted in the gentlest diaper creams and sunscreens — without penetrating or absorbing into sensitive skin.

Four herb-infused oils bring the botanical care: calendula in avocado oil soothes and supports healing; plantain-infused olive oil calms redness and irritation; comfrey root — known for its allantoin content — gently encourages cell renewal on raw or chafed skin.
